The truth is, my story didn’t begin with me. It began with the woman who came before me — the former HOA president.

Harassed Out of Her Own Position

She wasn’t just any homeowner — she led the HOA. But that didn’t shield her from harassment.

First, they targeted her for owning four operational, legally registered vehicles. She was told she had to drive each one daily to avoid a violation — a complete distortion of what the covenant actually stated.

Then, they escalated.

She had a simple flower pot in her yard. They claimed it was a monument and demanded she remove it. Yes — a flower pot.

These weren’t rules. They were weapons.

Eventually, she stepped down. And then? She left the neighborhood altogether.

I Stepped In… and the Pattern Repeated

Once she left, things didn’t settle — they shifted. And I was next.

All I did was what any responsible homeowner would do:

✅ I asked about the budget.

✅ I requested documents.

✅ I wanted transparency.

Instead of answers, I got silence, pushback, and retaliation. The same playbook was now aimed at me.

But this time, I didn’t back down.
